Payment

We currently only support PayPal, and more payment options will be available in the future.

Yes. Our website uses SSL encryption and all transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.
If an issue occurs with your product, you may request a refund through your bank within 180 days.

  1. Double-check your billing address, postal code, and security code.
  2. If the problem persists, please contact your bank or credit card provider.

You may request changes or cancellation within 48 hours after placing the order. Please contact us immediately.

⚠️ Once your order has entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled or modified.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.

If you don’t receive it within a few hours, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Shipping

  1. Free standard shipping is offered on all orders.
  2. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost (contact customer service).


We currently ship to:

United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Denmark, Italy, Greece, Sweden, and Norway.

  • USA & Canada: 20–28 days
  • Australia: 26–30 days
  • Europe (UK, Germany, France, etc.): 25–30 days

Please allow 2–5 days for order processing. Most orders take 4–6 weeks from purchase to delivery.

We will do our best to accommodate requests, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

We recommend ordering early to avoid delays. Shipping fees are non-refundable if a package arrives late.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take 2–4 business days to update.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes. We offer a 30-day return and refund policy (from the date of delivery).

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, uninstalled, and in brand-new condition;
  • Include original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any gifts;
  • Have a valid order number or proof of purchase;
  • Be submitted via customer service email or order system, with photos/videos attached.
  • If due to quality issues, shipping damage, or incorrect item → We cover both ways.
  • If due to personal reasons (e.g. dislike, wrong size) → You cover return shipping, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photos or videos as proof.

Once confirmed, we will arrange a return or replacement at no cost to you.

*Claims beyond the 48-hour window or without valid evidence cannot be processed as shipping damage.

Due to their personalized nature, custom-made lights cannot be returned or canceled.

* Exceptions apply if the item is defective or damaged in transit — in such cases, we will provide a return, exchange, or repair service.
