How much is the shipping cost?
We offer free standard shipping for all parcels. If you need faster delivery, please contact our customer service team in advance.

Countries We Currently Ship To
At present, we provide delivery services to the following countries/regions:
United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, France, Denmark, Italy, Greece, Sweden, Norway.
If your country/region is not listed, we currently do not support shipping there. If you still wish to purchase, please email info@aibialight.com to inquire about shipping costs to your country/region.
Where are the items located?
Our office and factory are located in China.
Your package will be shipped from our warehouse in China to the destination.
How long is the delivery cycle?
Total delivery time = order processing time + shipping time.

Changes to Estimated Delivery Date
If events beyond our or our delivery partners’ control cause delays or prevent delivery on the originally estimated date/time, we or our partners will notify you of a reasonable change.
Products will be delivered to the address you provided. If we are unable to deliver within 90 days, we will:
a) Inform you;
b) Cancel your order; and
c) Provide you with a refund.
Expedited Options
Yes! We can provide DHL or FedEx express shipping.

Need the order by a specific date
While we will try our best to meet deadlines, we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. Once shipped, timely delivery is at the discretion of the courier.
We recommend placing your order early to avoid unexpected delays.

If the order does not arrive by the requested date, we cannot refund shipping costs while in transit.

To receive a refund, you must return the order to us.
Incorrect Address or Address Change
Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

We are not responsible for lost parcels, misdelivery, or related fees caused by incorrect addresses.

Address changes cannot be guaranteed.

Postal packages or EMS may charge an address change fee in all cases. If the new address is far from the original one, additional redelivery fees may apply.
If you ask us to contact postal services or EMS for an address change, we will send you an invoice so you can pay the additional fees. If you make changes yourself and postal services/EMS charge fees, we will invoice you the corresponding amount to balance costs. While we collect the invoice, the full amount will be passed to the carrier on your behalf.
We appreciate your understanding. While we will cover losses caused by our own errors, we cannot assume responsibility for errors beyond our control.
Lost, Stolen, and Misdelivered Parcels

If the lamp is damaged or lost during shipping, we will send you a new one free of charge.

If a package is marked “delivered” but cannot be found, it may still be nearby or remain on the delivery truck. In most cases, it arrives the next day.
If the package is still missing:

You are responsible for contacting the postal service or EMS to request a “trace” service.

To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must request this service within 7 days after the package is marked delivered. After this period, we cannot file a claim with the carrier.
Undelivered Parcels
If you cannot sign for the parcel, you may contact your local courier or our customer service promptly.

The carrier will attempt the first delivery. If unsuccessful (e.g., no signature, incorrect address), the parcel will be held for a short period before being returned to us.

In such cases, the carrier charges return shipping fees, which we do not cover.
If this happens, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.

If you want the parcel resent, you must pay the redelivery cost.

If you no longer want the parcel, we will refund your order, minus the return shipping fees.
