Refund policy

Aibialight.com provides a 30-day return and refund policy for all standard lighting orders. Within thirty (30) days of receiving your product, if you are not satisfied or if the product has quality issues, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the following terms.

Thank you for purchasing from Aibialight.com. We are committed to delivering a satisfactory shopping experience. To ensure clarity, fairness, and transparency, we have established the following return policy. Please read carefully before submitting a return request.

Return Conditions

You may request a return within thirty (30) days of receiving the product. Returned items must meet the following requirements:

  • Remain in brand-new, uninstalled, and unused condition;

  • Include complete original packaging, manuals, installation accessories, and any gifts;

  • Accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase;

  • Submitted via our customer service email or order system with photos or videos for review.

Non-Returnable Situations

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Products exceeding the 30-day return period;

  • Installed or used lighting products and accessories;

  • Items damaged due to improper use, handling, or storage;

  • Products missing original packaging, accessories, or gifts;

  • Customized or special-order lighting products returned for personal reasons;

  • Light bulbs and other consumables, unless they present obvious quality issues.

Shipping Damage and Quality Issues

If your lighting product is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt and provide clear photos or videos as evidence. Once verified, we will arrange a return or replacement and cover the related shipping costs. If you fail to report within the required timeframe or cannot provide valid proof, we cannot recognize the issue as shipping damage.

Return Process

Please follow these steps to return a product:

  1. Submit a return request via customer service email or order system, stating the reason and attaching photos or videos;

  2. Once approved, we will provide the return address and shipping label instructions. Returns sent to non-designated addresses or not following our instructions will not be processed;

  3. Repack the product in its original packaging, ensuring proper protection to avoid damage during shipping;

  4. Use a trackable and insured shipping method, and provide the tracking number and proof of shipment to customer service;

  5. We will inspect the returned item within three (3) business days of receipt. If it meets the return conditions, the refund process will begin.

Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to product quality issues, shipping damage, or wrong items, we will cover round-trip shipping costs. (We will provide a return label for you to download and send the item back at no cost.)

  • For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., size issues, dissatisfaction, or change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping cost, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

  • If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, we reserve the right to reject the refund and may charge you for reshipping.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days after the returned product passes inspection and will be credited to your original payment method. The actual posting time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If the return does not qualify, we will notify you with the reason.

Exchanges and Order Cancellations

  • Exchanges will be handled as returns, and you may place a new order. Customized lighting products cannot be exchanged unless damaged in transit or defective.

  • Non-customized orders may be canceled within forty-eight (48) hours of placement. After this period, cancellations are generally not possible. However, if your order has not yet shipped, we may be able to cancel it upon request. Please contact customer service promptly if you have not received a shipping confirmation.

  • Once an order has been shipped or is in transit, it cannot be canceled. You may only request a return after receiving the product.

  • Customized and special-order lighting products cannot be canceled after confirmation, unless they present quality issues.

Custom Lighting Special Note

Due to the personalized nature of custom lighting, these products are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation for personal reasons. However, if a custom product is damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, you are entitled to return, replacement, or repair services. We will take responsibility once the issue is verified.

Warranty Policy

In addition to the return service, all of our lighting products (excluding bulbs) are covered by a two-year manufacturer’s warranty. If a product develops a non-human-induced fault within the warranty period, we will provide repair or replacement services in accordance with our warranty policy.
